( ♡ ) ㅡ CONTINUATION.
Her eyes were shut tight as she fiddled with her crystal ball, trying to come up with riveting prophecies. However, one of her ghost friends soon interrupted her prediction session, repeatedly tapping her shoulder, "Jesus Christ, Yvette, what was that for?" Karina turned around to face the spirit, rolling her eyes at what just happened. "Can you stop interrupting me for once? It's very frustrating!" Yvette, the ghost, didn't give a damn though. She replied, "I can sense a living Murian by the mouth of the cave, Karina. Look through your crystal ball. Your silly auguries can wait."
Karina didn't want to argue anymore, but she hissed at Yvette calling her foretellings silly. Fidgeting with her crystal ball, she caught a glimpse of a stranger with a flashlight, scanning through the cave. Through gritted teeth, the mademoiselle bid goodbye to the ghost and grabbed her flashlight, walking her way to the Murian who visited her sacred place.
Out of her coping mechanism, Karina squinted as a blinding ray of light shone on her face. Trying to make out the face of the stranger, she decides to face her flashlight to another direction, "Who the hell are you and what are you doing in my hideout?" she questioned the stranger grumpily, her eyebrows furrowed. "The rumors aren't true. There's no witch here to curse you. It's just me, a mage, who hides in here. There's a lot of ghosts here thoughㅡ they're my, uh, friends." Karina stated sheepishly, her facial features softening out of the blue. "I can help you get out of here, if you want... or you can take a look at my hideout, it's just a five minute walk from here."
