steve and jonathan’s macho contest was ridiculous BUT… when you think about the fact that s5 is highkey the first time they’re interacting / working together since nancy left steve for jonathan…. after the ambiguous breakup… like there’s obviously repressed tension that’s gonna resurface? they HATED each other? it just makes sense for them to be beefing? correct me if i’m wrong

@lydsswrites i agree!! that’s a much better way to put it. i just feel like it’s valid for there to be tension, i don’t think it’s right for people to just assume it’s all sunshine and rainbows between them
