A little about me:

I'm a 23 year old British author aspirant, with an interest primarily in epic and high fantasy, and also psychological thriller, but I'll read something regardless of genre if it catches my eye. As I'm still very much aspiring - working on perfecting and finding representation for my original works - I'm studying natural sciences in the meantime.

I've an old pseudonym account on fanfiction.net as DarknessEnthroned for those that know those places. Anyone who recognises me from there knows I'm fond of a certain element of gritty, vivid realism amidst my dragons and magic. And the vast majority who didn't recognise me, now also know!

My very favourite authors are probably George R R Martin and Robin Hobb, my reigning duo of fantasy, but Terry Pratchett surely deserves a mention, as does Tolkien, C.S. Lewis, Neil Gaiman, Stephen King, and Thomas Harris. Then there's Kurt Vonnegut, and the list goes on! In fact the full list is very long indeed.

Lastly, I'm hoping to improve and perfect my story, so any constructive reviews or feedback are really appreciate. I'm struggling to improve it any further on my own, so I'm putting out into the world. Likewise, if anyone wants an opinion on something they've written they need only PM me!
