Kindness is a share of goodness
The Prophet said, "Whoever has the quality of kindness has been given his share of goodness. Whoever is deprived of the quality of kindness has been deprived of his share of goodness". 
Kindness leads to Paradise
The Prophet said, "Whoever is kind, affable, and easy-going, Allah will forbid him from entering Hellfire". 
Allah loves kindness
The Prophet said, "Allah is kind, and he loves kindness in all matters"
