Does anyone else have stress that works like water torture? Like no big bad things happen, but it’s little things that are like a drop of water. And eventually one thing happens that breaks you down. And then it seems to other people that you are just being dramatic about nothing, and they tell you to stop whining and it makes you feel like you’re worthless and a crybaby until you just go numb and then they will be mad at you for not showing emotion? Or are my parents just fvcked up?
