My name is Madeline Claire Peacock.  I am a college student and a dyslexic writer.  Ever since I was a kid, I loved stories.  I came from a long line of southern storytellers.  They could weave a story together with the mystical quality of spinning magic out air.  

In 2017 I entered the Writer's Digest Pitch Slam.  I sat down with seven agents, and out of them six said they wanted to see more of The Reaper's Token.  I took a gap year and spent that year editing my book. A publishing house almost picked me up, but my book fell narrowly between the cracks.  

I picked up writing again.  I was considering going the self-publishing route when I discovered Watt Pad.  I did some research and decided to take another chance.   I hope to gain readers that can enter into another world of adventure.  My life has never been ordinary.  I have always taken the path less traveled, but that is where life's best adventures begin.
