Hello readers!

A little bit about me is that I'm a 26 year old avid book-lover with a deep passion for Creative Writing. Oh, and I have a cat. 

Currently in life, I have spent the last seven years in the Early Childhood Education profession with writing always on the backburner. I've struggled with chronic shyness, lack of confidence, and burn-out many times in my writing projects. However, there is one moment in life that I can't forget that never lets the motivation of dreaming to one day become a published author die. I was in the second grade, and the big English project of the year was the create your own book. Every month, my teacher gave the class a sheet with a question to help direct our writing. Neither our parents nor our teacher could help so from the cover to the pictures, down to everything written was completely up to us. To me. I loved every second of it and can still remember the pride I felt when my teacher handed me the finished product. My first ever book; something that I still have to this day. As I got older, I chose to go a different direction in career paths before finally choosing to come back to my true passion that gives me the most happiness.

Now, I am currently a full-time college student for a BA majoring in English and Creative Writing to be able to fully go forward in my personal goals. I am also quite recently engaged, and looking forward to the wedding planning process-most of it. One other major goal I have made for myself as well is to put more energy into my own personal writing once more.
