I have one question for you all if you could date anyone from the harry potter world who would it be?

I am reading harry potter right and I have one question we all know that dementors take your soul into there forms when you are given the kiss but what in the holy hell are they? are they souls that have been wronged or something I mean does it really tell us what the hell they are??? do any of you have an answer to my question

I was reading this Harry potter ff and I just realised all members of the marauders are dead :( moony was always my favourite
