I forgot things so easily so I wrote my dreams down and turn them into something I usually don't expect it to be. And yes I am an Anime fan or which most people call, Otaku. 
I belive that being Otaku doesn't have for oneself to:

1. To qualify an otaku test (because there are animes in that quiz that are only popular and that anime doesn't pique your interest.

2. Cosplay (Not all anime fans are rich or wealthy enough to buy all that stuff)

3. Have anime merchandise (Like I said it is the same as cosplay)
 
And all other otaku qualifications that is beyond capabilities of  an average human being.

All that is needed is one thing.

1. You love watching animes the way it was made so much that you can't stop watching 'till morning. And no one is gonna stop you BWAHAHAHAH (XD) ( meaning an otaku surely did watched 5-10 or more anime series)
