Okay, I know this is stupid and you guys probably will ignore this. But my little sister, she's in eighth grade and has a boyfriend, they've been together for almost a year. She's only 14.
And this seems very whiny and dramatic, but who cares.
Lately, this so called boyfriend, has been hanging around with other girls and kissing up on them. He claims they're only best friends when she asks him about it. He denies every rumor spread about him and still ignores her. Everyone tells her to break up with him, that it will get better when she does. But she loves him, and I know, she's so young. I can tell that she does. Her eyes light up whenever he texted her, and how she came home happy and squealing. Yes, it seems like a little crush, or something, you should see this girl.
She used to, but now, all she does is cry. She really loves this boy and she can't bring herself to do anything about the current problem.
And I need help, I'm desperate. I don't know what to do.
I want her to break up with him but that would only hurt her more. This is her first boyfriend for goodness sake!
But then I want to tell her to go and make things right, to set him straight, get his priorities in line.
And I'm sorry for burdening you with this long explanation and problem.
I would be forever thankful if you replied and gave me some ideas on what to do about this, because I'm stuck. Her name is Celeste, if you wanted to know.
