Hey everyone I hope your all doing good… so first off I’m gonna go right at it and say sorry I haven’t said or announced anything, I’ve just been extremely busy with work and trying to make ends meet so I’ve had very little time to myself and whenever I did I’d probably be playing games with my friends and brothers. So I’m sorry I haven’t told you or notified you or all the above so I’m sorry… and on a different note have you all noticed how the top 100 or so stories on any tag seemed like ai generated content? Am I the only one who noticed that? It’s just I’m seeing hundreds of stories that came out like days before and they already have like hundreds of chapters and whenever you read them you can just immediately tell it’s ai due to the writing style.

@Madkrisgamez Not really. They could be using AI, but realistically, they probably just created a backlog of chapters and publish them weekly. That’s what I might do instead of writing super long chapters.

I got really sick with the flu a couple of days after my last post, and I know it’s not a good excuse not to tell you but I’ve been having killer headaches for the past week and a half but I haven’t really been thinking straight

Well thank you everyone that participated in the poll for the readers name, obviously the name Avery won by a large margin so by Tomorrow I’ll have the name changed and hopefully by Thursday or so I’ll be done with the new chapter and finish remaking the prologue. So thank you all for bearing with me.

@BrianHoliday0 and I did change it, but I only had ONE tag that had male reader which was murderdronesxmalereader, and I just changed it to muderdronesxmaleoc and I’m now changing the title

@BrianHoliday0 and if it really bothers you just read the name as y/n. I do that consciously even when I’m reading named character stories because I’ve read so many y/n stories

@BrianHoliday0 ok? I’m sorry you feel that way but I’m not gonna puss out and backtrack what I did. I’m sorry you think that this killed the story and you think that the name that YOU the readers chose (even if YOU didn’t participate and express your opinion on it during the poll) is gonna make the story flop, but I’m not gonna conform to a singular person who just randomly announced to me that what I and the readers decided on was stupid and is gonna make the story fail. If more people have grievances with it I MIGHT make another poll but other than that I’m good, if you don’t want to read the story anymore then that’s you, I’m happy that you read it so far so I wish you luck on finding a story that fits your descriptions

Hello everyone, so I’m gonna skip to the news and say I finished my current year of school early and I now have infinitely more time to write. And in other news I want y’all to decide on a name for y/n, it can’t be too manly as the Elliot’s wanted a daughter and it has to synergize with (blank) “Tessa” Elliot. So I’ll give you till Thursday to all come to an agreement on a good name.

@Madkrisgamez And I fortunately have a list of Gender neutral names that I keep handy. There's not many on it, but it might help all the same.

            Those are a few. Now as far as personal suggestions, Ellis is a nice one. Used to be a common male name but has been used more in a more unisex manner over the years. It means "kind and benevolent"

Hey everyone, happy new year. Now that the pleasantries are out of the way I just gotta say, I’m sorry. I’m sorry for being lazy, I’m sorry for not responding to people, and I’m sorry I’m lowering your expectations for the book. Don’t worry I’m not discontinuing the book, but I’ve just been in a… rut? It’s just been hard for me to focus on the book because I always find a way to keep myself away from it, I write a thousand or so words then set it aside for a few days and then look it over. I’m sorry for just setting it aside for so long, I’m sorry I put false hope in y’all because i said I’d follow the timeline I set up. So hopefully for this next year I can live up to y’all’s expectations, have a good night and once again have a happy New Year’s Eve.

@Madkrisgamez Take your time. I write books in a few journals of mine, and I'll tell you I noticed a significant difference between writing when motivated and writing because it felt necessary. Writing on your own accord is healthier than being under some sort of pressure. For you and for your work.
