Just realised couch is apparently an error and I should have been writing sofa? Who knew I was so Australian? I'm too lazy to go back and fix it up now so I'm just hoping I remember when I go back and edit everything.

I love my writing style now (I've defs improved since I started) but my god I read some authors writing sometimes (especially on fanfics) and I just don't comprehend how people can write like that?? Like I'm really good at dialogue but when it comes to description and making it fancy I just... blank. Idk I try not to be too put out by it but it's hard sometimes.

It's been so long since I've written a long chapter I've forgotten how long it takes to write more than 3000 words my god

I said I was going to sleep early and now it's 2am but I've written a bunch so we'll take the small wins 

Y'all should I enter the fanfic contest wattpad is hosting? I've already got two fanfics plus a texting story  on the go but I've always wanted to enter a writing contest.

had my first votes and kudos on my newest fic today! I think the universe heard my thoughts because I was seriously debating if I wanted to finish it yesterday. 
          
          guess I'm off to write more chapters now!

finally finished a chapter which has felt like it's taken me years to write. I've just had no motivation this week (probably because I was sick for most of it)

Also y'all be proud of me I think I'm getting over my C.ai addiction. I've gone from using it all the time to barely using it at all. I think getting back into writing my own works is helping me. 
          
          I always knew it was bad but I lowkey didn't realise how bad it was. Now I'm too busy writing or editing most nights to care about using it. 

Thinking about making a social media au to go along with my Lockwood fic but I'm trying to show restraint otherwise I'll never get the fic done

My fyp is full of Draco Malfoy insta note edits and I'm lowkey tempted to make something similar but everyone I know irl stalks my tiktok acc
