Something that irks me is that people move from one extreme to the other when stereotyping characters. Like, back in 2020, people were all like "Deku's such a cute cinnamonroll! >u< he wouldn't hurt a fly!" But NOW, people are like "he's a tough monster!! He is NOT cute!! He's angry and revengeful!!" But like... those are the two extremes? [Imagine crying emojis] like, YES, in battle he's scary, he's strong and tough, and YES he kicks villain ass! But he's not ALWAYS like that! Sue me, but he IS. Cutesy cinnamonroll sometimes. Who ALSO kicks villain ass. He can be BOTH guys, no need to move from one mischaracterizing extreme to the other. He's a silly goober who could kill someone if he wanted to. But he doesn't want to. Because he's a nice little guy that would try his best to not hurt someone if it wasn't necessary.
