(/ I'm sorry to bother but I really need to talk to about this

I love alt, punk or gothic kind of outfits- or even the indie kind of stuff or just whatever! People are so creative and unique when it comes to styling clothes. But I a l w a y s find a comment under the videos of the amazing outfits of kids going, "I wish I could dress like this but I'm only 12" or "I want to dress like this but ✨strict parents✨" and people always say to these kids, "age doesnt matter! Wear whatever you want" or just telling the kids that they can do whatever they want. ok, first off, there IS a point where you cannot let your 12 year old wear this shirt. crop tops? That's just a short shirt, wear it away kid. skin tight shirt with a boob window? No, sorry but no!:(
that's really just.. a lot? Especially when it's a child wearing it. I feel like parents shouldnt teach their kids to cover up but also not let them dress super intensely at a young age. Help them or something but I beg you, please don't put your 10 year old in booty shorts because that's too much. Its different when they get older but for now being only 10 years old.. they need to be taught just a liiiiiittle bit more.

Not the only thing that's bothered me.. theres a difference between strict parents about gothic style and them just not letting you wear a rosemary as a necklace. wearing a rosemary as a necklace disrespects quite a few religions. oh yes I know gothic people are gothic people. I'm not having the problem with them, it's with the kids who need to be taught that sometimes you cant wear religious items on your outfit! now they may not care, which is fine. Just as long as they KnOw what they are wearing, its a different situation. But since they dont and they do it anywaysss... it makes me uncomfortable lmao. This is just my opinion though! Sorry, its just been really bothering me and needs to get off my chest/)
