Once upon a time there was a dude reading this (you) to check out the author (me) and see if they could bother to read the stories I've written. 
They imagined soaring into the world of Joan the Rabbit, tasting the soup, forming broccoli allergies. They imagined fighting evil with Shay, and dimension travelling. They imagined searching far and wide with Twilight Sparkle for Fluttershy.
Then they realised that they could have spent all this time reading one of the stories instead of this random description.
