If you have any second thoughts of quitting writing, then you need to wonder why you're writing. I was like you when I joined last year. I wanted comments so badly, but I got none. Honestly, though, that didn't discourage me as much as you think. (I'm a fan fiction writer myself, but I'm more along the lines of movies/TV.)
          
          If you write because you want to, then don't let getting no comments get the better of you. I'm sure you've heard this told to you before, but it takes time. I'll admit, it's awesome to get comments, but honestly, I'd value reads up there with votes and comments. The fact that people read your story, that's a victory in itself.
          
          If you write because you want to, you'll be okay, I promise. :) You'll get commentators, all it takes is some time and patience. ~Prim

I feel like it's a real waste of time to write and get all these reads but not even one comment.  I like to see a reason to continue writing.  I do love to write but I'm quitting it now with getting reads and no feedback.
