Hello! I am James Marshall, a Harry Potter OC. I am muggle-born. My birthday is June 15, 1981. On April 20th, 1992, my parents and I moved from Dallas, Texas, to London, England. My dad, an engineer, got a really good business opportunity as an ESA engineer. We'd always wanted to go, but my dad hadn't yet found a job that would pay enough, until then. It was a bit of a shock when I got my Hogwarts acceptance letter, although it did explain things randomly multiplying or moving while no one was watching. I turned my allowance (saved up over two months) into a few dozen Galleons, bought all my school stuff (with one silver sickle left over), and then was off! To Hogwarts! 

Some fun facts about me & and my family:

- We have a 3-month-old golden retriever puppy named Lucky.

- My hair turns brown when wet.

- I didn't know I was blond until I was 5. 

- I sleep with a stuffed sheep every night.

- Our dog can magically shrink and grow to our command (bought him for 25 Galleons at a Rare Magical Creature store)

- My parents and I each payed half the money for my school stuff (except Lucky)
