there is a story i've attempted to write for years (blind stupidity, for any of you who have been around since those days) and last year i actually nearly finished it. there are a handful of scenes/chapters that i need to add to connect some of the dots, but still, it has a beginning, middle, and end. 
          
          soon after i finished, i thought about how i would edit it and i realized i want to do a complete rewrite (go figure). i told myself i couldn't post it because i need to rewrite it anyway, but thats not actually true. after all, posting it may inspire me to do the rewrite.
          
          I'll probably go back and forth with whether or not to do it, but its nice to remember i can do whatever i want.

may fuck around and post the short story fairytale retelling I’m writing for my creative writing class. it’s a modern retelling of blue beard with a serial-killer (cue one of my biggest fascinations in and out of literature) and if I like it I figure I might as well share it. 
          
          we’ll see how fond of this idea I am come wednesday when it’s due!!

HELLO MY FRIENDS!!! yesterday I posted a chapter to Thin Ice for the first time in actual ages. honestly it was only like 2.5 weeks but since then so much as happened it feels like longer. I’m back at college living my best life and (somewhat) playing lax with my best friends and I’m so dang happy. 
          
          anyway pls check out the chapter!! I’m going to try and get working on the next few so I can post again next week<33

okay but I’m rereading twilight for the first time in literally years and the books are worlds away from the movies. edward and bella are so SASSY in the books. the movies are so dramatic (which I still love) that the sarcasm and small talk and everything else aren’t shown as much and I kinda wish they were. they’re playful and emotional and flighty and even immature in ways (although less so than many of their classmates) just like teenagers should be and wow I love them
