Should I use flipclip or paint2 to do digital art?

It's been so long everyone it really has. I miss talking to you all my friends like we use to have our conversations. I know a lot of us are busy buy I do want to continue hanging around with you guys have funny moments enjoy each others books and mess around like friends again
