Hey, I just wanted to say something honestly.
          
          I feel really lucky to have you reading my story and staying with it. That genuinely means a lot to me. I also understand why some parts of dark romance can feel familiar. Scenes like the animal moment or the painting scene do exist in other dark romance books, too, including traditionally published hardcovers. It’s completely okay if something reminds you of another story.
          
          But I do want to say this clearly...  I haven’t copied anyone’s work!!
          
          I’ve read a lot of dark romance over time, so naturally, the genre, its atmosphere, and certain themes stay with a writer. That happens with almost every genre. What I’m writing comes from my own story, my own characters, and the way I see their world. So all I ask is this... if you keep reading, I’d really appreciate it if you read my book for what it is, without comparing every scene to something else. And let’s keep things kind here. I truly value having you around.
