Biography: Born on November 5, 2001, in the family of a deputy and a Gazprom shareholder. His father was a supporter of Yeltsin, a former deputy (and senator), party committee and party member, who managed to privatize several factories at the height of perestroika, becoming their owner, by 1991 he also privatized the bank, since they were sold at a meager price, and also collected shares of Gazprom and various plants, rising under Yeltsin. In 1993, he supported Yeltsin as a guarantor of his business and health. In 1997, Gergeev, having come to power, began to throw out the pro-Yeltsin politicals from power, Among them was a Valery's father, Nikolai Kolokolitsev.
