First, sorry it took me so long to get to your book! "Player of the Game" seems like it could be a very interesting plot! I got a little bit of Outcast chill vibes when Haru briefly mentioned the game. One thing I'd suggest to really invest readers is hooking the reader into your story. There's only two chapters thus far, but there's a lot of potential for the book. Try and describe characters and actions a little more because it was difficult for me to follow along with some of the characters. I will say the photos of all the pastries made me hungry lol.
