Get a teddy bear. Fr it really helps me. I hug mine at night cause my constant nightmares and random fits of sleep paralysis. And try to get plants. Like hardy plants. The kinds that don’t really die on you. And watch true crime. Yeah that’s really soothing. And have picnics. Go in nature. Find things you enjoy. You don’t need people to enjoy life. Volunteer. Donate to charity. Help people. Paint your nails. Do art. Learn something you know. I discovered I like art. Like paintings and stuff. I’m too scared to try cause I know I’m bad at it. But don’t be afraid to try new things. Read Winnie the Pooh and the wind in the willows. Travel online like I order free travel brochures in the mail. It’s so fun to look at the pictures. Really try going to build a bear. You can even dress them. IKEA sales a bed perfect for a build a bear. You can quilt it a little blanket and dress it in clothes. My teddy bears helps me feel like I’m not all alone. And I don’t have to worry about them leaving, abandoning or dying. It’s a nice feeling. I like vlogs too they help me feel included.
