dude. I met you on Daemonium. And then I come to your profile. And then you have Bride of Alvar on your "to read" list. DUDE. That's one of my favorites. It's a good read, and if you aren't interested in the rest of the series, it can be a stand alone book. If you continue though, all the rest of the books are connected and you have to read them ALL. LOL except Playing with Fire which is like a spinoff... a real *ahem* sexy one.

ah psshs PSSHSHH really like the book? PSHH NAHH nahh NahHHAhaha WHY WOULD YOU THINK THAT? ;) I really enjoy the world the writer created. How far are you into the book? It mostly focuses on the main character in the palace and discovering who Alvar is and the evil plots around them. You see more places in the world in Bride of Alvar, but the next three books see more of the social parts and you see interaction with more magical layers and history of the world as well as having the pleasure of following natives who were born and raised there. The perspective is much different but each are equally interesting. I'm fangirl barfing. stop me XD
