            I never knew that, well, for us, u have to fast when u reach puberty , u can also fast when u're young, just as training or trying to do like the older ones :3

            Us Catholics fast too, but from 7 to 18. And I don't have to fast "completely" on all food because I'm not 18 yet, so I'm allowed to eat one full meal and two small snacks a day :} But there is a no meat rule on Sunday because that's the day of the Lord for us :)

@Eendless_Lovee XD, well, for the idea of the book, it've been in my mind for a year, aaaand, during school, i wrote the ideas of every chapter, it was like an obsession, while the other students were paying attention in class of enjoying their break, i would always be writing in my notebook, then when i come home, i would picture it and by ChatGPt, he transforms it into text, and sometimes i would record and audio and he transforms it into a text. >:]
