@Tears_and_Vodka omygod, that's so interesting :0000 I never knew that, well, for us, u have to fast when u reach puberty , u can also fast when u're young, just as training or trying to do like the older ones :3

Us Catholics fast too, but from 7 to 18. And I don't have to fast "completely" on all food because I'm not 18 yet, so I'm allowed to eat one full meal and two small snacks a day :} But there is a no meat rule on Sunday because that's the day of the Lord for us :)
