Scarlet arose from her ripped up mattress. Tears running down her face. "It was just a dream..." She muttered as she wiped her eyes with her pale petite hands. She had been having a recurring nightmare that involved her dearest love. He would break her heart in every dream, making her too scared to see him again. A voice rang in her head, "Scarlet fears love." and the began to sob again. She knew it was true, she was too afraid to be hurt, just like many others.
