Who?
A curry deprived Midlander plucked out of the heart of Yorkshire and forced to survive on the flatlands amid the Brummie accents, swollen rivers and bright skies. (Yeah, it really is that dark up North!)

What?
Trying to write, and just stay in the habit of writing, and seeing if folks like it. Used to penning  academically stifling tracts and wondering if my imagination can be encouraged to sprout to an arm or at least put out a root.

Why?
I started writing on here because  Montblanc ink was getting so ruinously expensive that a cheaper and less decadent way to fecundate the planet with my musings was required. There was the option of a pencil, but not trusting me with sharp objects my other half suggested that an electronic option was a better choice. 
And so I have begun to toy with Wattpad in the hope that even if a magnum opus is not the end result then at least my touch typing skills will have been amplified for the benefit of all those who labour at extracting meaning from the sparsely populated (ex)tracts that are my posts. 

When?
'Striking when the iron is hot', 'grasping the bull by the horns' whilst hoping to avoid other anti-procrastination cliches as I write.

Where?
In the study with the keyboard.
