Kokoushibo did heard Nezuko words, but not all of them. well he thought, she is weird, but his response is "I'm a lucky man to have such a beautiful demon like you to have deep feelings for me." Once Nezuko confronts him ?spoiler

Personally, I wouldn't give spoilers on my own story. But for you I guess I will, well one chapter is Nezuko saving a village, but Shinazugawa arrived. And I'd say they had a heated battle, then next chapter another dialogue but with Giyuu, then after that she'll see her older brother and take care of him, but first her _yen_. So that's three spoilers, but no Kokoushibo :(
