@Orice1 idk what gave me the idea honestly XD but he is obsessed with them because its supposed to be a metaphor. Think about it; when he was gone, matt was feeling down. When he came back, he brought more that floated all the way to the ceiling. and then in the end they float in the air because it showed he moved on. So the meaning is life because the littlest things in life can make you feel high and mighty, and you don't really appreciate them until they are lost
