Hey yā€™all!
          	
          	I completely underestimated how long this chapter is taking to write. In my last post I said that it would probably be out sometime this week, but unfortunately, thatā€™s not looking like itā€™s going to be the case. I feel pretty bad about it, and Iā€™m very sorry for the incorrect estimate.
          	
          	In the meantime, in order to kind of make up for that, anyone who reads this post before Chapter 44 is welcome to ask questions that will be answered at the end of the chapter 44 when itā€™s posted.
          	
          	These questions can be ones about the characters, or canonicity, or the world they live in, etc. I will not answer anything that could be a spoiler. There isnā€™t necessarily a limit to the amount of questions a single person can ask, just donā€™t over do it lol
          	
          	No one has to do this unless they want to of course, and Iā€™m perfectly fine with if no questions are asked. I just feel pretty bad about the incorrect estimate of time this chapter is taking, and thought this might be a nice thing to offer :)

Proud to be a og! >:) Iā€™ve just been tryna figure out this lore >:))) I feel as though Iā€™m on the right track with it too. Well, somewhat, there are still some missing puzzle pieces I have yet to find! >:) (as you can see, matpat has A LOT of influence on me-)

          	  Iā€™m just answering all the questions commented here rather than at the end of the next chapter lol, so I will answer what I can that wonā€™t end up a big spoiler!
          	  
          	  QUESTION ONE: Jr and Luigi will cross paths in the story eventually. How they will interact, you will just have to wait and see ;) 
          	  
          	  QUESTION DOS: This is an interesting theory! Not going to confirm or deny anything to avoid spoilers >:3
          	  
          	  Question TREE: I think I know what art youā€™re talking about. I will say that the specific art with dialogue doesnā€™t actually take place in the mindscape, but a different domain entirely. It takes place in the domain that the shadowed man had been dragged into by the glowing white chains. 
          	  
          	  I will give a little teaser/fun fact about the mindscape though! 
          	  
          	  The mindscape didnā€™t always ā€œbelongā€ to the shadowed man, but rather, it used to be the domain of a certain character that is from the Mario franchise, one that has yet to make an appearance in the story yet. It may be a while till that fact is confirmed in the story, so consider that a little bonus fact for now lol
          	  
          	  Art question: people are allowed to submit as much fan art as they wish, there really isnā€™t a limit lol! Any art that is sent in between chapters (that I get the permission to share) will be put at the end of the next chapter posted :D

UHHH HII! OMGOSH IM SO EXCITED OVER THIS!! (A lil too excited) Iā€™ve just been rereading your book and it just keeps getting better EVERYTIME I read it. Youā€™re an amazing author! Keep up the good work >:D anywho, back to the questions, Iā€™ve been trying to solve the LOREE of this fic for some time now (itā€™s my current hyper fixation..) and I NEEDED this.
          	  Alr, if you donā€™t wanna answer one of these questions- uhhh donā€™t answer.. wonā€™t hurt my feelings I swear!

          Was hoping to be posting around every two weeks now, but this chapter is taking a bit longer. Itā€™s one Iā€™ve had planned for a while and I really want to put the effort into it to make it the best it can be lol
          
          Iā€™m posting this bc I donā€™t want yā€™all to think Iā€™ve disappeared again XD

I've moved to Ao3 but just wanted to let you know I come back every once in awhile to see if you've posted or updated. Mental health stuff sucks, I'm sorry you're going through that. I hope this brightened your day tho! Your writing is beautiful and its what inspired me to write my own fanfictions and have the courage to post them. ily Mara, feel well! <3

            Yes, last year was quite hard for me, but I have hope this year will be much better. Ive considered posting my story on other places before, so maybe Iā€™ll check out Ao3 at some point! Iā€™m so glad youā€™ve been inspired to write your own fanfictions! Fanfiction is a great way to express creativity and improve writing skill. Comparing my old chapters to my newer ones, I can see how much Iā€™ve improved over time lol. 
            
            I hope you have a great day/night! Keep writing fanfictions and being your best creative self! Iā€™m so proud of you for posting them!

I apologize for my absence, I feel like I should have made this post a while ago. I am ok, my mental and physical health has just been on my forefront lately. Iā€™ve been putting the story on the side for a while, but it isnā€™t forgotten. I just put it off so much that anytime I thought about it, it became a daunting and anxious task. Im worried Iā€™ve disappointed people because of the long time between chapter, and Iā€™m sorry if I have. The story has left me a bit anxious, but Iā€™m writing it in my own time and trying not to let the long time I havenā€™t posted effect my fun in writing it. I have next chapter planned out and partially written, and some art drawn out as well, so itā€™s definitely something that will happen eventually. 
          
          For those still around, thank you for your patience. Itā€™s very appreciated :)

lol JK, the next Chapter will come out on Monday or Tuesday since I ended up being busy this weekend. Maybe even Wednesday since my perfectionism likes to take over my mind when editing. Itā€™s all just a rough estimate, just know that Iā€™m working on it ;P
