I totally understand. We'll all be fine. We trust where you're taking us Avi.
The ones who say they'll leave are actually your biggest supporters and proof that you are the author you think you are.
Authors don't really understand the powerful role they play in renewing minds and redeeming souls of people reading your works.
I used to be homophobic thanks to my religious upbringing. But stumbling on BL books and authors like yourself, my whole mind and life has reset. I can't recognize the person i used to be, and i loathe that person too. Now I'm so fierce in my love and fight for humans to freely love who they desire to(except children lol).
You, your writing, your words, your plots, your characters, your heart and your mind poured into every chapter did this change in me.
Fairytales are desperately desired in these times, especially cos pain is the currency right now. So when some people see something that looks like pain, injustice, rejection etc any where, even in a book, they react.
But your writing is teaching us that room must be made for the nuance of the human design, and our design isn't all fairy tales. Can't wait for more chapters.
