I am a believer.
A believer in magic, fairy tales, and most importantly, love.
Without magic, there are no miracles to dust the path of life. Without magic there are no monsters to be defeated, no dragons to be slain, or evil witches to destroy.
Without magic there are no fairy tales. And with no fairy tales there are no brave heroes come to slay the dragons. With no fairy tales there are no wide-eyed hopes of little girls, wishing upon falling stars that their dreams will come true.
And with no fairy tales, there can be no love. For every ounce of love felt, there is a story to accompany it. The story might be small, only on it's first pages of desperate happy passionate love, or it might be in it's final pages of a well-worn, well loved book. Whether the ending is happy, sad, or tragic, everyone is beautiful in it's own right.
But these are merely the prolific musings of a writer, haunted by the ghosts of a 'prince charming', and a 'knight in shining armor' hoping, desperately hoping, waiting for the day when the fates put pen to paper and bring her hero home.

@xXStarDust Iris! Thank you so much! Really? I was really thinking it was kinda boring! But I'm glad that it wasn't! I get into this funk with my own writing so that makes me a little more confident...
