Hi all!
          
          I have the overall plan for the next chapter! It’ll be a standalone one this time—not a multi-part chapter—but it’s looking like it’ll have around three pretty big scenes. And yes, we’re finally touching two of those loose threads I’ve been sitting on for a while 
          
          Sorry for taking so long, but I recently bought "Tales of the Shire: A The Lord of the Rings™ Game" and it has consumed my very life 
          
          So... expect ch. 71 in like… 2–3 weeks, maybe?

@SleepingLikeACat Thank you so much! I know it sounds strange, but I’m actually glad it left such a strong impact, haha :D 
            When writing this fanfic, I wanted to keep it grounded in horror, because in no way would a ‘relationship’ with someone like Tanner ever be nice or 'silly'. My focus was always on realism and psychological nuance, so hearing that really warmed my heart <3 Especially since I put a lot of work into the plot and how everything developed/connected :D
