Thank you for voting for Devil's Grin. Also Gaara gets some sleep. Just not much. Maybe 5-15 mins. Enough to rest a little but not enough to slip into REM sleep. Also they have drugs to keep you awake. 

I don't get how Gaara survives not sleeping ever. I mean I don't sleep a lot, and I'm really bored now cause the internet is slow as... how do anime people survive without internet... I don't get it.
