Hello, my name is Marisa (but you can call me Ris or Rissy), and books are my life. Next to cats and music and food and family, books keep me going. I've been writing since I was thirteen, and coming up with stories longer than that. My first book, about a teenage boy, was a total piece of crap, but I have evolved and improved since then. My other hobbies include volunteering, gardening, playing with my cat, drinking coffee or tea, playing my guitar, and shopping.
