The Making of Marley Tober
This dish is an autumn favorite, but hey, make it whenever you want. This is a recipe, not the police.
Ingredients:
3 cups of creativity in reading, writing, and editing
*optional: doodling
1 1/2 cups of enthusiasm for work and the energy to do it
1/2 cup of semesters left of college before receiving a real "grown-up" degree
*For added taste, include thinly sliced choruses of angels rejoicing
2 tablespoons of intense empathy and sympathetic crying
1 dash of social anxiety.
Mix the ingredients thoroughly and place in a wide pre-greased 5' by 4" pan. Bake in the oven at fluctuating temperatures for at least 20 years. Before serving, chill for two more years and sprinkle a lackluster disappointment in adulthood and general achievements over the top.
Great with chocolate peanut butter ice cream.
