When you're feeling numb and then you lose the person who you thought was the one, it doesn't hurt you cuz you can't feel. But then someone in your life opens your eyes and slowly melts the numbness away. The the loss from before does start sting ever so slightly but you heal. To this person in my life that has lifted me out of the darkness I give my deepest thanks. For getting me back in touch with my emotions, and you showed me that love and comfort is sometimes just a text or a phone call away. <3
