I apologize for not doing so sooner but if you have a desire for a heartfelt story that truly is one of the best feel good, with tension, stories I've ever read look up 'The Lone Pup' by @Wolf-Reader. It is incredibly written in a style I have not seen much. I love it and hope you do as well.
Follow up to yesterday. I received what I thought was an official notice from Wattpad demanding that I verify my account after my morning post. I thought at first it was a strike against one of my stories. I at first fell for it until they demanded a credit card to verify my email. I got suspicious and shut it down mad at Wattpad. I later realized it for what it was a SCAM. Watch notices from a Wattpad account that directs you to something other than Official WattPad emails or sites. I reported and was immediately contact by an actual Wattpad account conforming it as a scam. I was later advised to change all my password to stop the chance of someone seizing my account and did so. Long story short, I know better and in the future will watch the notices better. Don't be an idiot like I was and fall for scams, never provide account, passwords, or credit cards, Wattpad doesn't need them. So I checked off my stupid stunt for the week early and hopefully will be more diligent in the future.
I’m no one, I’m sure I happened to several. I just hope no one actually gave them credit card information and lost money as the result
@MarshalB And would you look at that, they now have a reminder to prevent people falling for those scams, probably because of this incident that happened to you.
I unfortunately fell for it up until they required a credit card and back out of it then contacted Wattpad who responded immediately. I was later told to change password as I had clicked their link without thinking. I did so. it's annoying that scammers pull this mess. I was assured that Wattpad take these threats seriously and are working to catch them and block them.
I just updated "Paw Force 2" Enjoy it may be the last as they are demanding credit cards all of a sudden for me to verify my account. IS THIS NEW, I'm extremely leery
@MarshalB Also if you clicked on those links, change passwords IMMEDIATELY. They likely already have your password just by you clicking on the link
@MarshalB PLEASE do not listen to those accounts. They are scams. Wattpad will send you emails with their official emails or they will send you direct messaging if there is ever any problems. You can even see they are scams by clicking on their profile and seeing when they are created You are fine, do not worry about it.

I remember a couple of months ago you were asking how to get more reads for your stories. I see you took my advice of turning off mature filter for your new book, however I noticed that for your tags, you accidentally spaced out paw patrol into two separate tags. Thats probably making it difficult for people to find your book, so I'd advise to fix that.

@MarshalB No problem! Just remember that when you try to fix the tag to not type a space in it as that will automatically start a new tag. You have to either write it as one word like pawpatrol or use a dash like paw-patrol

Guys, gals, and pups of all ages, I have a question. I'm not a young guy by any measure and don't know the system. How do I get the reads and follows that I see on multiple accounts? I very happy that anyone reads my stories at all but I co-wrote a story years ago and that story has 52.1k the most I've ever got was close to 8k. Don't get me wrong, that is amazing in my book. But I'd really like to figure out how to increase my followers and reads. Any help is appreciated, even if it's that my stories aren't good enough to draw more.
