          Quirk description: It allows the user to summon lightning and:
          •Manipulate it
          •Transform it into weapons of his choice
          •Ride it
          •Manifest it into an armour of sorts
          •Create illusions with it
          Drawback:
          •The longer he uses it, the more powerful it becomes and the harder it becomes to control
          He can only currently control 20% of the quirk.

          Description: akuma has crimson red eyes and dark purple hair and has a hostile resting face he is well built very muscular thanks to years and years of training (think of wolverine from days of future past). He also has a scar going vertically down his right eye that ges had since he was young.
          
          Personality:he has a ver abrasive personality but is respectful and courteous to others but if you gain his trust he is a amazing freinds and very fun.

          Description:this quirk gives the user a game like screen the can summon and they can assign points to different stats at will the amount of points they have grows as they train and grow too at the moment his points are at one thousand thanks to his training and they can be assigned at will.

          These are the skills that he can add points too. His mana works like a video game except he can only use mana balls,bullets,arrows and rope.
          
          Weakness:he can not up every thing for example he can not up his mana past a certain point if his strength is high same in reverse and the same whit speed and resistance and once he ups one skill past a point it starts to drain his stamina fast.

          Description:ryu has coal black hair whit two golden horns sticking up from his head. His eyes are a golden color and his pupils are slotted like a dragons. He has wings on his back that are7 foot long and 4 foot wide each and the edge of them are black and the wing membrane is golden. He had a tail that he can retract when he is on the ground. Ryu is very well built (imagine wolverine) 
          
          Personality:he is a very out going person and loves to make freinds but he can be very vicious if he thinks someone is a threat to his freinds. He also has a predisposition for shiny things such as gold and silver thanks to his quirk but can control it well.

          Description:the user upon getting the quirk will gain dragon like qualities eg,wings horns retactable claws a tail and scales.they are exremely fire proof.they can breath and manipulate the fire he produces to a certain degree. There strenght is increased significantaly and they can fly.there claws can cut trough steel.
          
          Strenghts:speed and strenght boost is as strong as a full sized dragon. fire proof and is more durable.
          
          Weakness:useing his fire drains his stamina and if he uses too much he can pass out and he has a small patch of skin not covered by his scales above his tail.
          
          Special move:dragon king nova burn;he uses either all or close to all his stamina to shoot a condensed ball of fire that could disintigrate steel whit just a touch and is ment as a lats resort attack and the teprature can be ajusted to there needs.
          
          Other:the user can eat spicy foods to slightly increase his fire output the spicier the higher the increase.

          Quirk Details: This quirk allows the user to create red strings that can attach to others and forcibly control them can also work on objects
          Quirk Weaknesses: if what they control takes damage then feel the pain but it does not leves wounds
          Personality: she is a sassy mofo that despises loud people and bullies as she had to 'deal with a few'.
          Biography: When she developed her quirk she was bullied and nearly gave up but after being a hostage in a villain fight and being saved by a hero and decided that she WILL do the same so she trained in hand to hand and is a Junior black belt in MMA and kickboxing.
          Appearance: she has crimson red eyes and hair and a slim appearance that she abuses in fights to gain an advantage of surprise 
          Hero costume: she wears a formal suit with a full face mask that houses an analyser and recording software.

          Looks: He is tall, freckles on his cheeks and nose, he has black hair with lime green highlights, Rainbow colored eyes, horns, tail, and wings, and has a fang always showing
          
          Quirk: Dragon Shift (came up with it meself)
          Quirk bio: He can use any type of dragon power, but can only use two at once. He can also turn into a dragon (only a baby one as of now) and he can also speak to animals. In his base (human) form, he has dragon wings, horns, and tail the color of rainbows, along with his eyes, and he can make his body have dragon scales as protection
          
          Drawback: If in dragon form for too long, he'll become savage and try to tear anyone to shreds, unless it's someone who he trusts, or loves
          Bio: His mother and father died when he was at a young age, and he survived with some of his animal friends, including a phoenix who kept him warm. When he turned 15, he decided to try for UA, and passed, being 4th place
