Guys my bsf has been really fcking mean to me lately but when I talk to her it’s as if nothing ever happened. Recently she gave my personal information to a stranger (begged her not to) to stir up drama, told him I was obsessed with him when I had never met the guy, putting me in a bad situation. Then blamed a shitty relationship situation on me when I was venting my frustration and heartache. She literally told me to stop whining because it was my fault. And I never talk about relationship drama. Ever. Literally EVER. So it was rare that I was even mentioning it but that shit was tearing me apart so I confided and this is what I get? Now she’s been tearing down what I like and is never there to hear big news or to help but then calls me and begs me to do something with her or for her and if I can’t I’m a bad friend. What should I do? We’ve been friends for years and I just don’t know if this is even healthy at this point.

i recently worked at a summer camp and stayed w a girl i’ve been “friends” with since 7th grade (going into 2nd year of uni now), and she treated me the same way multiple times throughout our “friendship”. when i tell you i have never felt so free after distancing myself once and for all…like a weight was being taken off my shoulders. nothing mean, i just didn’t need the toxicity, even tho she’s gone through some pretty messed up stuff in her life. but remember: hurt people HURT people. doesn’t mean you should hurt her back, but stick up for yourself and don’t allow yourself to continue getting hurt :) wishing you all the best

Okay thank you. One of my friends was trying to get me involved with someone who currently has a girlfriend and I immediately said no. And she kept on pressing me to give the guy my number because he was asking and I kept repeating no no no never. And she got annoyed? Like wtf? I was so agitated that she was betraying a fellow woman. You would be too, right?
