Oh gosh, what do I even start by saying? Well, first and foremost I should introduce myself:  my name is Mary, I'm 22 years old and I'm from Louisiana; born and raised. 

Ever since I could pick up a permanent marker -- because that's the very first thing I wrote with (thank you daycare teachers) -- I've been writing. Over the course of my 22 years of growing as an amateur writer, I've filled a box up with so many ideas that I decided it was time to put them into action! 

I like to do the corny thing and tell people that writing runs in my blood because my mother is a writer herself. But she writes poetry and I don't have to patience to write poetry.  Anyone else that has family members that write other than yourself? PM if you do! I'd love to hear about it! 

Writing, for me,  is a passion and a hobby that I'll never stop doing and if you're reading this and you're a writer yourself, don't stop writing. All forms of writing is an art! Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. 

I have a part time job and I also attend college full-time. I'm double majoring in both psychology and sociology: my favorite subjects!
