I am making a story that would get everyone into being aware of a disease called Spinocerebellar Degeneration, it's an awful disease and it is based on 1 Litre of Tears but it's more of a fan fiction for it. Please support and be aware of this disease that is killing innocent people for no reason. Sadly there is no cure for it :(
