Someone I haven't messaged in a REALLY long time just messaged me on my other account. When I saw the message in was hit by this wave of anxiety and fear for some reason. There's probably nothing to be scared of. But I'm terrified anyway. I have no idea how the conversation with go. And I'm going to reply because it'd be rude not to. Wish me luck!

@MatSellaTrash I know that feeling deeply. It's okay to feel so many mixed emotions. Just don't take out in a unhealthy way. Your friend or that person might have something to say. Read their message and try to stay calm. I would recommend breathing exercises and all. If the message gives you more negative emotions. Put it down, and walk away for a bit. Try to remain calm and such. Do other things to distract your mind. Then come back to the message with a calm mind and such. I know I'm just a random person, but I just want to help.
