@Matt-From-Wii Gotcha. The idea was that the Dunedain were going to be the silent protectors of the world. They are the survivors of a fallen kingdom but still silently defend the lands of Exandria against the Betrayer gods followers. When the Main Character is travelling with Vox Machina, his uncle, the current Chieftain of the Dunedain (Not King since the Dunedain don't have a kingdom anymore) dies when a Nazgul kills him and his men in an ambush. In the story, the Dunedain are hunted by the Nazgul (The Nazgul in the story would be wraiths that the Betrayer gods conjured as they hated the Dunedain for the part they played in the Calamity and their banishment.) With his uncle dead and him being the only live heir of his bloodline left, the Main character becomes the new Chieftain of the Dunedain and goes on a quest with the help of Vox Machina to reclaim the lost Dunedain Fortress of Fornost (The ancient capital of Arnor that the Nazgul took during the old era of Arnor.) In hopes of rebuilding his people's long lost Kingdom. I got most of the lore behind the idea from playing the games like Lord of the Rings online and Battle For Middle Earth the Rise of the Witch King.

Im not too familiar with Lord of the Rings. I watch the movies a long time ago and read the Hobbit, but that’s about it. So I’d have to do a bit of background research to get familiar with the lore enough to confidently include it. Which isn’t the end of the world and definitely something I could do. I’m interested to hear your idea so don’t shy away from sharing.
However, what I’ve already written is incredibly similar to what you’ve suggested, just with a blend of another fantasy universe.

So, I have once again decided to make a Young Justice Christmas chapter and I’m looking for inspiration. Anything from possible scenarios for our main cast to individual characters you’d like to make an appearance.
Anything that you think of, even if it’s something simple, feel free to leave a an idea.
Obviously I can’t guarantee that every comment will make it into the chapter, but if I think it’ll work or like the idea I’ll do my best to get it in.
Additionally I have a prologue chapter for my NEXT book nearly finished. I’ll post during the holiday season, probably around Christmas Eve when the Young Justice one goes up. Just to give a little glimpse into what I’ve spent a lot of time on recently.
It’s just a prologue and I won’t start work on the first chapter until after the Legend of Korra story wraps up.
As for the Young Justice book, I’m still working on season 4. I’ve had to spend some time rewatching it and making notes to make sure I don’t leave any plot holes. As you can imagine Artemis’s and Zatanna’s arcs will be different than what we see in the show. Artemis’s will have some minor changes but Zatanna’s will be significantly different. (Love the character, wasn’t a fan of her season 4 arc)
So unfortunately that means it’s taken longer than I would’ve liked to work on the next chapter. But don’t worry, I haven’t abandoned the book.
I look forward to posting another chapter soon. I know better than to try and give a release date by now but I’ll be back soon.
