Matthew Taylor was born in the suburban jungle in the north hills of Pittsburgh, PA. During his attendance at Davis & Elkins College, he relocated to the West Virginia highlands. Between bouts of writing, he teaches drama and English to high school students, plays the Great Highland Bagpipe, hosts a number of podcasts, makes jewelry, and runs somewhat successful live-action roleplaying events with NERO Elkins.
