Interesting first handful of days on here. I've had no shortage of spam messages — seems pretty prevalent here — but I've also picked up a few reads. I'm sure that will be a slow-burn, but that's cool... there are a lot of chapters of Monsters still to come.
          
          But ANYWAY... Chapter 7 was published today, so please check it out. In this one, Henry finally catches sight of that pesky monster from under his bed.

Okay -- I haven't had a great deal of time to "explore" Wattpad yet, but my initial thought is, "Good LORD there are a lot of spam messages here?" It's bonkers... guys, not every single one of you can help me increase my engagement and give me infinite clout or whatever it is you're shilling.
          
          Anyway, I need to spend a bit more time reading other people's books and chatting to folks, but I wanted to finish everything around Monsters of Elsewhere first. By which I mean, get every one of the 46 chapters loaded up and scheduled to be published one at a time every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
          
          That's done now - the whole story is loaded and ready to go. In fact, the first scheduled chapter was published today... and oh look a new comment: "I have some suggestions that will help boost your book if you--"

Hullo, folks.
          
          Many years ago (2014), I released a novel called Monsters of Elsewhere. A lot of people seemed to really like it (a few people seemed to really hate it) and I thought, "Great, now on to my next novel and a new life as an author."
          
          But instead, I had an extreme crisis of mental health following some really traumatic personal experiences I had had/was still having, and I ended up not being able to write anything else for the longest time.
          
          I started writing again in 2021, but have focussed entirely on screenplays. But just lately I've wanted to get back into writing novels. I have a few ideas I'm kicking about, and Wattpad feels like a pretty ideal platform for them, but in the meantime I thought it would be kind of cool to re-release Monsters of Elsewhere on here.
          
          So, today I'll post the first 5 chapters of the book, and then after that a new chapter will drop every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday until the whole story is on here.
          
          So... that's the plan. I'd love to get to know a few people (readers or authors), so if you're interested in picking up a new follower and sharing some stories, then please say hi!
