With how the last few Star Wars movies have received, am I the only one who’s scared that the Mando movie will be terrible?

@Mattchew07 I'm cautiously optimistic. I have great faith in Favreau and Filoni, but I just hope they can keep Kennedy as far away from the project as possible.

@Mattchew07 I’m nervous I’m glad Filoni is now the head as he seems to get Star Wars better. I really wish they’d do a live action clone wars movie I know Hayden was on board that would do really well at box too long as the creators really put their all into it and Kennedy has no say

@Mattchew07 I'm tentatively excited for it. I have a little bit more hope since it's a Favreau-led project, and with both him and Filoni as two of the three producers, I'm hoping that means they can throw their weight around a bit more against executive overreach which I think hurt a lot of other Star Wars projects. If they can just keep Kathleen Kennedy from making major story decisions, they should be alright, but I'm being cautious.

After watching the Bad Batch season 3 trailer why am I not surprised Disney are retconning/bringing back a character after they “died”? I need to start expecting this more often.

@Mattchew07 @Mattchew07 I've seen people missing the interview that got done when the trailer dropped. One of the writers for Bad Batch actually came out and said that Ventress' death and all of the events of Dark Disciple are still canon, so nothing really got retconned. I'm guessing that novel takes place a bit after Bad Batch happens or got shifted in the timeline a bit.
