Hailing from the rugged beauty of the Adirondacks, I'm a writer who thrives on genre-bending fiction, hardboiled detectives, surreal cities, and characters navigating the fine line between reality and madness. For nearly two decades, I've been crafting stories that blend grit with poetry, violence with beauty, and humor with heartbreak-because life itself is all those things.

My work ranges from brutal crime thrillers (Kill Your Local Heroin Dealer), to hardboiled surrealist noir (The Carter Flint Chronicles), to literary, dreamlike explorations of loss and memory (Dreams of Strata). I also enjoy writing heartfelt romance as well (Willow Creek).

When I'm not writing, I'm probably exploring hidden diners, wandering through the woods, crafting cocktails, playing music, or chasing down my next obsession. I live in upstate New York with my wife, our two dogs, and a baby girl on the way.
