Monsters, mutants, what it means to be human, dashing rogues, soul-eaters, zombies, adventure, and especially werewolves...

I've been writing since I was about six years old, and I have no plans of stopping. Now I have three degrees, spend a lot of my time researching folklore and mythology and history and occasionally teaching at a university level, but I still try to make time to write: the thing I want to do most. Well, other than filmmaking, which is my ultimate dream. But if I make it there, these characters and stories will be coming with me.

The characters and stories in me won't rest until they've been shared. I write a variety of genres, and my genres aren't always what you expect, so I encourage you to give them a whirl even if you think you're not a fantasy person or a sci-fi person. I don't confine my writing to preexisting genres and their would-be restrictions. I pride myself on strong characters, as well as snappy dialogue and banter. If you enjoy that, maybe you'll enjoy my writing.
