I cannot express how difficult it is to write dialogue between white characters as a black person who grew up around black people. Why is Max Mayfield using AAVE, you ask? I'm wondering the same thing. Why do all these characters of European descent have a complex understanding of race despite growing up in a small town that's majority white? Because that's how all the white people I know personally are!!

My issue is Wattpad sometimes refused to push out my story on my old account @averagegoober. And I also can’t recover my old account cuz I don’t remember the password and no longer have the information to the email it was connected too. I hope it pushes out my story I’m mid writing soon I just dropped like 8 chapters in one day

Hi! I remember reading your story the way she makes me feel for the first time and wanted to thank you. Before then I had my serious doubts about fan write stories. So I read your and oh my god. I literally fell in love. If she had been with me was the story I needed to read. I related to Max with her crush on El. I stayed up until two am reading it on my phone! You were also the person who influenced another Byler. You turned me into a die hard Byler fan with just one story. THANK YOU! I was feeling bummed after the anticlimactic finnale and found your channel again. I'm about to read it for the third time :) I'm thinking of starting your second writen story but I want to make sure it'll eventually be finished before I start reading it and end on a cliffhanger. Once again, thank you so much for your incredible writing. And for the little messages at the end of your posts! They will definitely make people smile. Thank you!!!
@thegaySTfandom omg no thank you!! Im so glad you took time out to read, and more than once :). I'm definitely feeling the disappointment from the finale too. If you are interested in reading 10+11 I will definitely say it will get finished. I'm currently planning the next arc so hopefully the next update will be out soon. With the disaster that s5 was I have to work around a lot of things so it may take some time for me to actually get to the writing the next chapter and posting it part so i do apologize for that

@ElmaxandBylerWriter Honestly my biggest strategy is just writing what I'd want in a relationship or what would make me giggle and giddy as a reader. Like as a writer im always thinking "would i like this if i was reading this for the first time" But outside of that I'd say pull inspiration from other queer ships in media bc traditionally, straight romance and queer romance are written completely differently. Also all relationships have conflict and they're not perfect, but also dont have that conflict be so big that the couple can't get over it without the relationship becoming toxic if that makes sense I hope this isn't too vague and makes sense . Feel free to reach out more tho and I'd love to read your stuff when it's done!
